5. Subscriptions and Payment

Paid Subscriptions are offered on a monthly or annual basis, as specified at the time of purchase. By subscribing, you agree to pay all applicable fees and authorise us to charge your designated payment method.

Payment processing is handled by our third-party payment processor, Stripe, Inc. By making a payment, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.

All prices are quoted in the currency specified at checkout and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect active Subscription periods but will apply upon renewal.

All Content, including but not limited to the GPI, GPI Data, Specialised Indices, methodologies, algorithms, software, designs, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of Pareto Economics or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

The Global Power Index methodology, scoring system, and analytical framework constitute proprietary trade secrets and confidential business information of Pareto Economics.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable licence to access and use the Services and Content solely for your internal business or personal purposes.

If informal resolution is unsuccessful, either party may commence formal proceedings in accordance with Section 15. Nothing in this Section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.
